Warranty Coverage
All electronic stethoscopes purchased from EKO AI LTD include a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing or functional defects under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

Lifetime Free App Usage
The companion mobile application is provided with lifetime free access. There are no subscription fees and no hidden charges. Core app features will remain free for the normal lifespan of the device, and software updates and compatibility improvements will continue to be provided.

Optional advanced or professional features, if introduced in the future, will always be clearly labeled and offered on a voluntary basis.
