All electronic stethoscopes sold by EKO AI LTD are covered by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing or functional defects that occur under normal use.

This warranty covers:
• Manufacturing defects
• Functional failures under normal and intended use
• Hardware issues not caused by external damage

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, or improper handling
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage resulting from water exposure or improper storage

How to Request Warranty Service
To request warranty service, please contact our support team with the following information:
• Order number or proof of purchase
• Description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the problem (if available)
Please do not send the product back without prior authorization.

Warranty Resolution
If your warranty claim is approved, EKO AI LTD will, at its discretion:
• Repair the product
• Replace the product
• Provide an equivalent replacement
The warranty does not cover shipping costs for returns unless the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect.

Limitation of Liability
